  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Heat olive oil
in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
