  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1: Cook the Fettuccine
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
Step 2: Sauté the Spinach

Step 3:Combine Ingredients
